Armstrong Villa is built across three levels on the Maiyan Estate. Floors One and Two are near-identical in layout — two Deluxe Rooms and one Executive Room each, all ensuite, each floor with its own living room and kitchen. The rooftop, reserved for shared use across every booking, holds the hot tub, plunge pool, and an open-air sundowner deck facing Mount Kenya. Whether you take a single room or the entire property, the villa is designed to feel self-contained at every level.

Closest to the gardens and main entrance, Floor One holds two ensuite Deluxe Rooms and one Executive Room, all sharing a private living room and kitchen. Book the Executive Room and that shared space comes with it; book both Deluxe Rooms together for the Family Suite (2 Bed); or take the whole floor — all three rooms plus the living room and kitchen — as the Family Suite (3 Bed).
